I live in Washington, where the climate can be so gloomy. Imagine dealing with clouds and rain throughout the year and only a few days with sunshine. But it is not so bad at all. Just because I live in a region with this kind of climate does not mean that the people here are all wrapped up and do not keep up with fashion. With a sweatshirt jacket I do not think that I would be out of fashion myself.
